They are made of either light gauge steel or wood and fitted with a steel roof that absorbs radiation from the sun for use in the house thereby making them energy efficient. They are constructed in a factory and designed with an executive exterior and a customer-specific interior then transported to the construction site where they are installed. Throughout the processes of construction and fitting of the homes, quality check procedures are imposed.
